R&N 3-23-08 FUNERAL FOR FAT JOE??????

50 does it again. I haven't laughed that hard in a while. I just wished 50s albums could be as good as he is funny....anyway MF 3.0 is always getting out the exclusives day or night, it doesn't matter. And I apologize for not getting that Flashback Friday out, but it was Spring Break. Now it's back to business.

03/05/08 - Hump Day EXCLUSIVES

Dilly here for another edition of HUMP DAY EXCLUSIVES. Yes, we are almost to the weekend, but right now we're already here to the Hot Ish.

Dipset Is OVER!And we all saw it coming. 40 Cal and Jay Bezel done released a track titled "Dipset Is Ova" stating just that, and venting on the frustration with Jim Jones and Camron's beefing. In a recent interview they both said that their failure to not speak or come to terms with eachother has resulted in the whole Dipset failure. They said nobody's making money but Cam and Jones, and it ain't right. The true star of the group in my opinion, Juelz Santana also weighed in and put it like this. "When I came in the game, at 18, and was being treated in a certain way, it was cool, I had no money, I was new, and Cam was the one that got me out. Now, after some success, after some weight being gained, and I'm still being treated the same way? That just don't work." I understand what the man saying, they need to give Juelz his shine, and quit tripping. Either way, Juelz the only one signed to a major labor, as his new album is post to drop with Def Jam this year and his ex-comrade Jim Jones has rumors flying about him being dropped from Warner Bros without even releasing any material. Ouch. Hopefully all ends up well with the members, who knows, but I do know this, at the end of the track there's a SKULL GANG shoutout, so it look Julez's Skull Gang just got some new members.

R. Kelly Disses Ne-Yo On New TrackNow yall knew R. Kelly was hood right? No? Well I'm tellin' u he is. The boy don't play, just with little girls. No, I'm playin' but he really Kels talk greasy like the next man at that's exactly what he doin' on this track "I'm A Beast." Some highlights of Kel's "rap":
Never been a snitch boy/ Never been a b*tch boy/ Why I gotta hate on you?/ Look at me I'm rich boy/ You need a steering wheel, the way you ridin my dick boy/ Say you're a go-getter/ Go get your own sh*t boy..."
Now although he don't say who exactly he talkin' bout, it ain't hard to tell. Peep it here.

R. Kelly - I'm A Beast (Ne-Yo Diss)

Fat Joe vs. Papoose In A FIST FIGHT???

Aiight, so here's the run down. Apparently, last Friday Fat Joe, Papoose, Yo Gotti, Gucci Mane, and Cassidy was doing a show for a radio station out in North Carolina. Before the show, while at the hotel, Joey Crack wanted to find Papoose and question him 'bout sum disparaging remarks made towards him while on air back in NY with 50 Cent. Fat Joe roamed the hotel 'til he found Papoose in Cassidy's room and asked dude, "Do we got a problem?" Papoose, MANing up says, "If you want a problem, we can handle that." Apparently that's not the answer Joe was looking for an so the scuffle ensued. Now both parties have different accounts of how it went down, with Papoose coming out first sayin' Fat Joe was 8 men deep, and Papoose was only with 3 cats and wanted to fight one on one but Fat Joe refused. He then says that during the fight he got his hits in, and quote "put work on his chin." He also said on the radio station that he handled his business. Two days later Joey Crack responds with a video, after fake pics were floating around with him with a bruised face, sayin' Papoose is lying and that it was 4 on 4, and that his DJ went to the hospital, his bodyguard was bruised up and Papoose was bruised up. He also told media outlets that Fat Joe sat him down AFTER the beat down, Capo style, and told him why he got his @$$ beat and that they squashed it. Which Papoose does admit to. LOL, man. Now if you ask me...Papoose ain't hanging with Fat Joe, I mean look at the size of the kid. And the detail in which Joe spoke about the fight in leads me to believe that he telling the truth. He also said Cassidy and Gotti was there, and they'll let us know how it went down. Only time will tell.

Video: The Games Heads To PrisonMr. Lame, I mean Game turned himself into prison yesterday to begin serving his 60 day sentence for his weapons possession charge. Not gonna speak on this too much as yall know I think The Game is trying to publicize jail life and use this, for some odd reason, as promo for his new album. Bow Wow stands up for his man


I'm sorry, I didn't mean for it sound like they're a couple (there's enough of that noise going around elsehwere) but in a recent interview with some VJ at BET, Bow Wow flipped out after he felt like the interviewer was trying to play Bow Wow for a clown. Highlights of the video is this ballsy unknown VJ askin' Bow Wow if he thinks Omarion STEALS dance moves from Chris Brown, lol, and how Lil Wayne got a bigger chain than Bow Wow. Peep the video.

Funny right. I'm mad though that Bow Wow starts doin' all that barkin' after he leaves the room and is behind like 4 people, but u know I suspected he was like that. There is a rumor that this whole thing was staged for an upcoming reality show the two are planning to have. We'll just have to see. On a lighter note, SURPISNGLY Bow Wow and Omarion might come out on top of the billboard charts tomorrow, we'll let you know.

Currency leaves Young Money Entertainment


The best rapper, maybe the only rapper on Young Money Ent is leaving. Currency of "Where The Cash At" fame cites lack of movement on his album for his reason for leaving. He says its been four years and ain't nothing happened. He just got tired of being told your album's coming, and nothing come up. Can't blame the dude there. He also said they ain't no hard feelings or bef with Wayne he just had to make some moves and go a different routh. He did say that he hasn't talked to his boss, Weezy in like 4 months. Not cool. So as Wayne stock continues to rise Currency jumps ship. Go get yours man, do you.

Ludacris has got a new one and this artist is sure to stand out on this mostly Hip Hop record label. His name is Steff Jones and his style is quite different and eclectic. Definately a move away from waht DTP has been doing but it just might work. Here go his track "La La", yall be the decider.

Britney Spears' younger sister, Jamie Lynn Spears of Nickelodeon fame has just annouced that she is pregnant. What's wild about this is that the chick is only 16! AND on top of that her boyfriend/baby daddy is 19! AND on top of that her very own Mom is the one who sold the story to OK magazine. Man, that family just can't get right.

This joint right is vintage Badu and should bring her back to the light. Ayo, have any of yall heard that rumor/joke about Badu that's like, "don't look directly into her eyes otherwise she'll make you start wearin' loud colors, and shoulder pads." Ha, it's suppose to be in reference to how Andre 3000 & Common's styled started flipping out while dating her. Anyway, I thought it was funny.

Now I know yall don't know Estelle, but you soon will. She's a UK rapper/singer who just signed w/ John Legend's newly launched label, Homeschool Records. John Legend who just started workin' on his follow-up to his double platinum, Once Again, signed Estelle when the two collabed on a joint that didn't make the cut for his latest album. Estelle is best known for her album "1980" which spawned a modest hit out there in the UK. All her music is pretty hot so far, and her sound is a breath of fresh air. What yall think?

On Tuesday, Nicole S. from the Pussycat Dolls and Freeway are gonna drop....and FLOP. I luv me sum Nicole Scherzinger but compared to what she had with the PCD, she ain't got NO buzz. The only joint that made any noise was the one w/ T.I. Whatever You Like, but as we all know by now, one single ain't enough. She does have some ballad joint out w/ somebody collabing but I can't think of what it's even called let alone if I've heard it. Have you? And Freeway, has a single even been released yet?...With all that noise about being executive produced by his "big bros" 50 and Jay this man if finna drop with virtually no pub. But whose album got quite a few promo just two weeks ago, cough cough, Jay Z, cough, cough. Gaw what are they really doin' over there w/ them Roc Boys.

Mos Def - Collabo with Kanye West

Mos Def is wanting Kanye to do for him, with what he did for Common. Ever since Common and 'Ye got together it's been unstoppable. Imagine the possibilities w/ Mos Def and 'Ye together. I don't know bout yall but I luved Two Words off of College Dropout and "Drunken Hot Girls" is my ish too, lol, so it should be real exciting to see what they can cook up. Also, this man Mos apparently has EIGHT, yes count 'em, EIGHT upcoming movies through 2009. That boy doin' it man.
