Plies - No Show

A Montgomery, Alabama concert promoter has filed a lawsuit against Plies for failing to perform at his venue earlier this month.

Patrick Monfiston of P Entertainment Promotions filed the suit in Circuit Court on Monday claiming Plies was a no-show for a July 8th concert. He also claimed the rapper made disparaging comments about him on a local radio station.

"Too many artists feel they can come in and do us (in Montgomery) however they want...."I'm going to show them they're wrong." Monfiston told the Montgomery Advertiser.

"If Plies attempts to perform any show here, I will have him arrested," Monfiston said. "He must fulfill the terms of this contract first."
